၁။ လူမ်ိဳးစံု ရခိုင္ျပည္သူလူထု တရပ္လံုး ကိုယ့္ကံၾကမၼာ ကိုယ္ဖန္တီးခြင့္ ရ႐ွိေရး
၂။ အမ်ိဳးသားေရး လကၡဏာႏွင့္ ယဥ္ေက်းမႈ အေမြအႏွစ္မ်ား မေပ်ာက္ပ်က္ေအာင္ ထိန္းသိမ္းေစာင့္ေ႐ွာက္ေရး
၃။ အမ်ိဳးသားေရး ဂုဏ္သိကၡာႏွင့္ အက်ိဳးစီးပြါးကို ျမွင့္တင္ေရး
၄။ ဗမာျပည္႐ွိ အဖိႏွိပ္ခံ၊ လူမ်ိဳးတိုင္း ႏိုင္ငံသားတိုင္း အာဏာ႐ွင္စနစ္ လက္ေအာက္မွ လြတ္ေျမာက္ေရး
၅။ လူသားမ်ိဳးႏြယ္စုတခုလံုး၏ ျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ ဖြံ႔ျဖဳိးေရး

1. To gain self-determination for multi-ethnic masses of Arakan
2. To safeguard national identity (character) and cultural heritage
3. To promote national dignity and interest
4. To liberate every citizen and ethnic nationality of Burma from dictatorship
5. To ensure peace and development for all human race
